FT Weekend Festival Ticket Prize Draw T&Cs
Terms and Conditions
Promoter
The FT Weekend Festival Ticket Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is operated and promoted by Digital Moneybox Limited, which is a limited company registered in England & Wales with the company number 09597755 whose registered office is Suite 1.07 1-2 Hatfields, London SE1 9PG (“Moneybox”, or "we" / "us" / "our").
How to enter and eligibility
1. The Prize Draw is open to all Moneybox customers who fulfil the following criteria (an “Eligible Customer” or “you”):
1.1. have or open at least one “Qualifying Product” via their Moneybox account during the “Qualifying Period”;
1.2. continue to hold at least one Qualifying Product until the date the winner for this Prize Draw is selected; and
1.3. submit an entry by completing your details on the entry form titled “FT Weekend Festival Ticket Prize Draw”.
(Qualifying Product and Qualifying Period have the meanings set out below.)
2. Entries open at 12am on 20th August 2026 and close at 23:59 on the 26th August 2026 (the “Qualifying Period”).
3. A “Qualifying Product” means:
3.1. you have opened any one of the following Moneybox products:
3.1.1. Moneybox Stocks & Shares ISA;
3.1.2. Moneybox General Investment Account;
3.1.3. Moneybox Junior ISA;
3.1.4. Moneybox Cash ISA;
3.1.5. Moneybox Open Access Cash ISA;
3.1.6. Moneybox Simple Saver;
3.1.7. Moneybox 32 Day Notice;
3.1.8. Moneybox 90 Day Notice;
3.1.9. Moneybox 95 Day Notice;
3.1.10. Moneybox 1 Year Fixed Rate;
3.1.11. Moneybox Cash Lifetime ISA; or
3.1.12. Moneybox Stocks & Shares Lifetime ISA;
3.1.13. Moneybox Personal Pension;
3.1.14. Moneybox Pension Drawdown; and
3.2. the registration process for any one of those products is complete, i.e. it will be visible in the ‘Your active accounts’ section through the ‘Accounts’ option in the ‘Settings’ tab in the Moneybox app.
4. There is no fee for entering the Prize Draw.
Prize
5. Three winners will be randomly selected to win two in-person general passes to attend the FT Weekend Festival on 5th September 2026 at Kenwood House, London (the “Event”).
Winner
6. Moneybox will draw a winner on 27th August 2026 (“Draw Date”). The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received in accordance with the laws of chance, consistent with the requirements of Promotional Marketing Rule 8.24 of the CAP Code, by a third party computer process.
7. The winner will be notified directly by our Support team through the in-app chat and via email on the Draw Date using contact details registered on the winner’s Moneybox account.
8. Each winner must respond to Moneybox to confirm if they accept or decline the prize by 12pm on 1st September 2026.
9. If a selected winner does not respond to our message within this timeframe, either to accept or decline the prize, a new winner will be randomly selected. For the avoidance of doubt, the new selected winner will be contacted on 1st September and will need to respond to Moneybox to accept or reject the prize by 12pm on 3rd September 2026.
10. Once the winner accepts their prize, they will receive their tickets via email to attend the Event.
11. Any expenses incurred on the day of the Event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, food or beverages, will not be covered by Moneybox.
Other
12. Entrants cannot enter into this Prize Draw if they are: (a) a resident of the United States; (b) not a UK resident for tax purposes; (c) an employee, contractor, officer or director of Moneybox (or its group companies) or any member of such a person's immediate family or household; or (d) under 18 years of age.
13. Please contact our team on support@moneyboxapp.com or via the in-app chat if you would prefer not to participate, otherwise all customers that submit an entry will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw.
14. These terms (the “Prize Draw Terms”) supplement the Moneybox Promotional Terms & Conditions and the Moneybox Terms & Conditions. To the extent there is a discrepancy between these Prize Draw Terms and the Moneybox Terms and Conditions (including the Moneybox Promotional Terms & Conditions), the Moneybox Terms & Conditions and the Moneybox Promotional Terms & Conditions shall prevail. By participating in the Prize Draw, you are deemed to have accepted these Prize Draw Terms.
15. Please note we are required to make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone requesting this information. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please notify us by contacting us on support@moneyboxapp.com prior to 12 pm on 3rd September 2026. Please note, we must provide details of any prize draw entrants to the Advertising Standards Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority, or any other competent authority requiring such details, on request.
16. We will process your name, email address, date of birth, residential address, and other account details necessary, for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw. Personal data supplied will be treated as set out in our Privacy Notice.
