The Money Advice Service provides free, easy-to-use money tools, information and advice.
Citizens Advice
For advice and information on debt and other topics, contact your local Citizens Advice.
AdviceUK
AdviceUK offers debt advice including specialist advice for minority communities and people with disabilities.
Turn2Us
Turn2Us help those experiencing financial hardship gain access to welfare benefits, charitable grants and other financial help – either online, over the phone, or face to face.
StepChange
StepChange offers free debt advice online, and can support you with getting your finances back on track through advice and debt management plans.
Living with a disability
Bild
Bild helps those supporting people with complex needs – including their members, universities, government departments, local authorities, NHS trusts, service providers and mainstream organisations – to champion rights, ensure excellent support and continually improve practice.
Mental health
NHS support
If you’re struggling with issues surrounding mental health, the NHS website provides links to many support organisations for different types of issues.
Samaritans
Samaritans can provide support with issues relating to depression and/or anxiety. They’re available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can be called for free on 116 123.
Mind
Mind provides information on a range of topics relating to mental health that includes types of mental health problems, where to get help, medication and alternative treatments. They can also signpost you services offering help and support in your local area.

Mencap
Mencap aim to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and their families now, and fight alongside them for a better future. Mencap teams up with our network of over 300 local groups to reach people across England, Northern Ireland and Wales.
Domestic Violence
Refuge
Refuge provides a 24-hour UK National Domestic Abuse Helpline for women and children suffering from financial and domestic abuse.
Men's Advice Line
Men’s Advice Line provides support for male victims of domestic abuse, through telephone, web chat and email.
Galop
Galop provides emotional and practical support specifically for LGBT+ people experiencing domestic, emotional or financial abuse.
Guidance with pensions
Money and Pensions Service
Money and Pensions Service helps people – particularly those most in need – to improve their financial wellbeing and build a better, more confident future. Working collaboratively across the UK, they make sure customers can access high-quality money and pensions guidance and debt advice throughout their lives, how and when they need it.
Pension Wise
Pension Wise is a service from MoneyHelper, backed by the government. They offer free, impartial guidance to over 50s. They’ll explain the options to take money from your pension pots.
