Your transfer out request may be rejected or cancelled for a number of reasons.
Common reasons include:
Your personal details, such as your name, address, date of birth or National Insurance number, don’t match the details held by your new provider
The wrong account number or reference was used, so the transfer request was rejected before it reached us
The wrong Moneybox product or account type was selected
The details provided for your new provider are incorrect
For partial transfers, the wrong amount was requested from your current or previous tax year subscriptions. The amounts requested need to match the funds available in your account
There aren’t enough funds available to complete the transfer
Your new provider can’t accept the type of transfer requested
Your new provider has cancelled the transfer request
It’s a good idea to check that all your details and transfer instructions match before submitting your transfer out request with your new provider. This can help avoid delays or your transfer being rejected.
You can also check how much you’ve contributed during the current tax year in the app by going to the Wealth tab and scrolling down to £20k ISA allowance.
