If you make a full transfer out, we’re currently unable to reopen your account or open a new ISA of the same kind after a full transfer out due to operational restrictions.
For example, if you completed a full transfer of your Moneybox Cash ISA to another provider, you won’t be able to reopen it or open a new Cash ISA with us afterwards.
If you’d like to keep your Moneybox account open, you can make a partial transfer instead. There’s no minimum amount you need to transfer, so you can choose how much you’d like to move.
