Your current tax year subscriptions are anything you’ve paid into your ISA during the current tax year. Previous tax year subscriptions are anything you paid in during earlier tax years. Both are held within the same ISA — they aren’t separate ISAs or pots of money.
We keep track of your current and previous tax year subscriptions separately so we can report the right information to HMRC and provide accurate details if you decide to transfer your ISA.
