The access date shown in the app is the date your 1 Year Fixed Rate ISA Vault matures – the interest you’ve earned over the 1 year term is paid into your Vault, and the money can be accessed without incurring the penalty charge. We’ll contact you before your access date to explain the options available to you, however you will always be able to withdraw your money, together with any interest accrued, to your linked bank account on this date.
If the last day of your 1 year term falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your access date will be on the next available working day. If the next working day falls on a new month, your access date will be one working day earlier instead.
