Terms and Conditions
Promoter
The prize draw is operated and promoted by Digital Moneybox Limited, which is a limited company registered in England & Wales with the company number 09597755 whose registered office is Suite 1.07 1-2 Hatfields, London, England, SE1 9PG (“Moneybox”, or “we” / “us” / “our“).
How to enter and eligibility
1. To qualify for this prize draw you must follow Moneybox’s “Social Media Platforms” (as defined below), and you must engage with the “Materials” (as defined below) during the “Qualifying Period” (as defined below).
2. “Social Media Platform” means Moneybox’s official Instagram account.
3. “Materials” means the material posted on our Social Media Platform.
4. “Qualifying Period” means 12pm on 08 August 2024 to 12pm on 14 August 2024.
5. To be eligible to enter this prize draw, you must:
a. be aged 18 years or over;
b. be resident in the United Kingdom; and
c. not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of Moneybox or any member of such person’s family or household at any time during the period of this prize draw.
6. For entry into the prize draw you must:
a. follow Moneybox’s Social Media Platform;
b. follow houseof.com’s official Instagram account; and
c. “engage” with the Materials by doing all of the following: (i) liking, (ii) commenting, (iii) tagging a friend in your comment.
7. To be eligible to win the prize draw you must continue to follow Moneybox on the Social Media Platform until the date the winner is selected (see below).
Winners
8. One (1) winning comment will be randomly selected in accordance with the laws of chance, consistent with the requirements of Promotional Marketing Rule 8.24 of the CAP Code, by a computer process on 14 August 2024 and notified by a message or comment on the Social Media Platform by 11:59pm on 14 August 2024.
9. Each winner will need to respond to Moneybox to confirm that they accept or decline the prize within seven (7) calendar days after Moneybox sends the notification on the Social Media Platform.
10. If a selected winner does not respond to our message within this timeframe, either to accept or decline the prize, a new winner will be randomly selected on 22 August 2024, and notified within two (2) business days. For the avoidance of doubt, the new selected winner will also need to respond to Moneybox to accept or reject the prize within a seven (7) day timeframe, otherwise a new winner will randomly be chosen following the above process.
Prize
11. The winner will receive one (1) x £200 voucher for use at houseof.com. There is no cash alternative. If for any reason, the voucher for houseof.com is not available, Moneybox may replace the voucher for houseof.com with a reasonable equivalent, at Moneybox’s sole discretion.
Other
12. These terms (the “Offer Terms”) supplement the Moneybox Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms. To the extent there is a discrepancy between these Offer Terms and Conditions and the Moneybox Terms and Conditions and Promotional Terms, the Moneybox Terms and Conditions and Promotional Terms shall prevail.
13. It is in Moneybox’s sole discretion to determine adherence to the requirements in these Offer Terms, and based on the available tracking data.
14. Each person is only entitled to one entry, no matter how many times they engage with the Material.
15. By participating in the prize draw, you are deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms. Should you wish to not be considered for this prize draw, please email us at support@moneyboxapp.com or contact us via the in-app chat.
16. Please note we are required to make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will share the surname and county of each prize winner to anyone requesting this information. We must also provide details of any prize draw entrants to the Advertising Standards Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority, or any other competent authority requiring such details, on request. If you object to all or part of this information being shared please notify us as soon as possible by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com or contacting us via the in-app chat. Please note that this will mean you will no longer be considered for this prize draw, therefore, after you notify us, we will remove you from the prize draw.
17. To process the prize draw administratively, we will process your name, date of birth and residential address. Personal data supplied will be treated as set out in our Privacy Notice.
