I want to close my account

You can close your account in the app by heading to Settings > Edit Profile > Delete Account. You must have a £0 balance to do so, so you’ll need to withdraw or transfer out any funds held with Moneybox before you can delete your account.

By deleting your Moneybox account you are agreeing to us closing your savings/investment account(s), cancelling your direct debit mandate, and disconnecting any round up accounts and erasing associated login details.

If you’re within the cancellation period for your account(s), which is 30 days for investment products and the Cash LISA, or 14 days for our savings accounts, you can cancel your account by getting in touch with the team via the in-app chat, or by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com.

Please note that you cannot delete your child’s Junior ISA from within the app. For more information about closing a Junior ISA account, please contact our team via support@moneyboxapp.com.
