I want to change my Direct Debit linked bank account
If you’ve switched banks using the Current Account Switching Service, it’s worth noting your bank account will automatically update whenever you next have a collection take place, so you do not need to change your bank details manually!
If not, you can change your linked account in the Moneybox app in Settings > Tap your name > Bank accounts > Linked account > Request to edit details.
Please note it’s only possible to set up a Direct Debit with a UK current account, and we aren’t able to link credit, savings, or business accounts.
