Cash ISA, Open Access Cash ISA, and Stocks & Shares ISA customers can transfer in an existing ISA through our website by logging in, then heading to Home > View account > Transfer in an existing ISA.
Once you’ve submitted your details, we’ll contact your provider directly to get your transfer started. Transfers between Cash ISAs should complete within 15 working days of your initial transfer request. If you’re transferring to or from a Stocks & Shares ISA, this period is 30 calendar days.
To transfer your Moneybox ISA to another provider, just contact your new provider to get the process started. If they require an account number for your Moneybox ISA, this is your National Insurance number.
