What happens next:
1. We will freeze your account to ensure no further access is possible whilst we review.
2. Your case will be escalated to our internal Financial Crime Team for further review.
3. The Team will review your account, including any suspicious activity or recent changes.
4. We aim to contact you within three working days with an update of your case.
5. Once complete, we will contact you to confirm the information needed to secure your account and help you gain access.
