    • No further deposits or withdrawals are made
    • The interest stays the same for the full 12 months


  • The account is available to UK residents aged 18 or more
  • You may only open and manage the account via the Moneybox App
  • You may only make payments into the account via the Direct Debit arrangements managed via the Moneybox App
  • Joint accounts are not allowed
  • You can request to withdraw cash at any time via the Moneybox App
  • On the Business Day after receipt of your withdrawal instruction we will request the return of your money from Charter Savings Bank
  • We will receive the money on the Business Day after the 120 day notice period has elapsed and will return the money to your nominated bank account within one Business Day
  • Your money will continue to earn interest until it is returned to us as above
  • You will not earn any further interest on money after it has been returned to us or while it is sent to you
