Job Brief
Moneybox is on a mission to help everyone turn their money into something greater. With over 1,500,000 customers, our Product team is at the heart of improving and evolving our proposition to support users on their financial journeys.
As part of the Product Excellence team, you’ll work across our key product areas, helping to define strategies and deliver features that create value for both users and the business. Reporting to the Head of Product for this area, you’ll take ownership of a specific product area, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
What you’ll do
- Lead a cross-functional team to define and deliver a strategy that enhances the value of the web platform and marketing website, complementing our mobile app offering.
- Work closely with the Product Excellence team to shape and deliver platform capabilities that support engaging and cohesive user experiences across key product areas, including savings, investing, and tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and other teams to deliver features that drive engagement and reusability across platforms.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, clearly articulating user stories and acceptance criteria to align with the product vision.
- Define and track core metrics for your area, iterating to continuously improve outcomes for users and the business.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring the team is aligned and motivated to deliver great results.
- Take full ownership of your product area, from strategy and prioritisation to delivery and iteration.
Who you are
- A product manager with a proven record of successfully launching and evolving digital products across platforms.
- Experienced in delivering impactful user experiences, particularly on customer-facing interfaces like web platforms and marketing websites.
- Skilled at balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to drive impactful results.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a strong desire to understand and act on user behaviours.
- Detail-oriented and effective under tight deadlines.
- A motivated self-starter, eager to own and grow your product area within a fast-paced, fast-growing company.
Experience and skills
- Ideally, 4+ years’ experience in Product Management or a comparable role, with a focus on multi-platform product development (e.g., web, mobile, marketing sites).
- Proven ability to manage a product through its lifecycle, from strategy and development to iteration and improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including UX, engineering, and data insights, to deliver cohesive and impactful multi-platform experiences.
- Familiarity with core product management practices, including problem recognition, development, testing, launching, and iteration.

This is a hybrid role. Our office is in London, by the Oxo Tower

Working Policy:
We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
