Job Brief

You will join our growing team, carrying out a variety of tasks such as reviewing financial promotions, investigating complaints, as well as helping with periodic reviews. We are looking for graduates with a strong academic record.

What you’ll do

Working closely with the rest of the risk & compliance team, you will help Moneybox build a best-in-class risk & compliance program. You will be involved in, but not limited to, these duties:

• Review and approve financial promotions and communications
• Investigate complaints and conclude on an appropriate outcome
• Carry out mortgage advice file reviews
• Answer general compliance queries from the rest of the business
• Support preparing information and documents for committees
• Helping the risk & compliance team deliver across a number of areas including:
  • compliance monitoring;
  • compliance reviews;
  • maintaining relevant policies and procedures

Experience and skills

• A strong academic background with at least one university degree
• A personal interest in finance, law, regulation or risk management
• Highly numerate, analytical and financially literate
• Strong communication skills (business writing and listening)
• Ability to work unsupervised with minimal guidance
• Fluency in English
