You will lead UX research to support Moneybox’s product and design teams to continue to build a beautiful, joyful and simple user experience. In leading research for the function, you will deliver success by introducing new best practice methods and tools, driving self serve research amongst the team through coaching them, as well as delivering research projects yourself.
Working closely with the Head of Insight, you will ensure that product and design insight also informs the broader growth of Moneybox by driving a more engaged, active user base experiencing the full breadth of the Moneybox offering.
You will be the first UX Research hire at Moneybox and therefore have the opportunity to set the precedent of how research should be conducted. You will be a part of the Customer Experience (CX) mission team helping to shape the experience our customers have with our app. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop the research function over time.
