A key driver of that growth has been our ongoing communication and engagement with existing customers and the insight, analysis and product features that that is based on. For example, our Lifetime ISA Bonus card is a key campaign that allows customers to see the true value of the 25% government bonus and encourages increased contributions.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Insight Analyst who can become a key part of the team. Acting as both an individual contributor and a driver of best practice and advanced analytical techniques across the business.
Moneybox Senior Insight Analysts combine the analytical rigour of a traditional analyst or business intelligence team, with a focus on driving outcomes and tests more typically seen in commercial teams. They own key performance metrics like net deposits and engagement and drive these through a variety of CRM, product features and in-app tests and optimisations. You’ll be expected to not only understand what is happening, but to develop action plans that drive results and improve our understanding.
