Moneybox is growing rapidly, and our Marketing team is no exception. We have more customers, more products and services, more money invested and more team members than ever before. A key driver of that growth has been our ongoing communication and engagement with existing customers, and our educational content.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Content & Comms Manager to support the Marketing team on a one-year fixed term maternity cover contract.
As someone who has excellent writing and project management skills, you’ll drive the strategy for content and communications and act as an expert on these areas within the business. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working collaboratively with a range of different teams, you’ll play an instrumental role in taking content at Moneybox to the next level, building a more engaging and personalised experience for our community and in driving commercial value for the business.
You will be responsible for delivering the content and communications strategy across core brand campaigns, and across our four key missions – Saving, Investing, Home-buying and Retirement. You will lead the team and be responsible for their output across all customer communications, blog content within the app and on the website, and social media.
