Head of Brand & Creative - 12 month FTC

What you’ll do

• • Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for running the Brand & Creative team on a contract basis. This will involve:
  • Co-ordinating best-in-class creative production across a range of channels and formats including BTL and ATL advertising (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Google, TV etc), in-app illustrations and animations, and customer communications
  • Being responsible for final sign off on all internal and external creative assets, ensuring they are on-brand and compliant with our regulatory responsibilities
  • Supporting and advising the wider business and leadership team on brand strategy and development where required
  • Managing and coaching our team of in-house designers to deliver best-in-class creative assets
  • Briefing and managing agencies and third parties where required
  • Working closely with our Paid Marketing team to understand creative performance and apply learnings to future campaigns
  • Leading research and insight projects to better understand customer behaviours and motivations
  • Carrying out quarterly brand tracking and reporting on key metrics and associations
  • Acting as a guardian for the Moneybox brand, ensuring consistency across campaigns and key channels
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the Marketing leadership team to ensure a coherent approach across functional areas

Who you are

• • Someone with a genuine interest in Moneybox – excited about our brand, our mission and the services we offer. Given the nature of this role, our strong preference is for someone who has prior knowledge of Moneybox, ideally as a customer
  • A proactive self-starter who combines a bias for action with a willingness to learn and solve problems independently
  • Outgoing and confident outlook with a willingness to start conversations with people and get stuck in
  • A collaborative team player who is able to take feedback on board
  • A great communicator who has a passion for their work and the people they work with

Experience and skills

• • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of D2C startup / scaleup environment
  • Proven experience of delivering impactful creative campaigns from inception to completion
  • Effective collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced people manager who is also confident briefing and managing third parties
  • Results-driven mindset, able to use data to inform their decision making
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Record of success and achievement in previous roles

Working Policy:
