What is Socially Responsible (SR) Investing?
Socially Responsible (SR) investing is any investing strategy in which values— be they social, moral, or environmental — are applied to portfolios and investment strategies.
SR investing means actively avoiding companies and industries that have a negative social or environmental impact, such as weapons or tobacco. This is called negative screening.
In the Moneybox app, you’ll see our SR and ESG investment options labelled with a green ‘SR’ tag. If you’d like to browse our fund range, head to Accounts > Tap on your account > Tap the three dots in the bottom right > Fund range. You can also view all of our available funds on this page of our website.
