What if I’m having trouble logging in?
If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble gaining access to the app, you can request a password reset link by selecting ‘Log in with email’ from the login screen, and tapping ‘Forgotten password?’.
Note that if you’re trying to log into your account on a different device than you normally use, we also require you to verify this log in. To do this, you’ll be sent a link to your registered email address. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to contact our Support Team at support@moneyboxapp.com who will help out!
