What if I’m having trouble logging in?

If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble gaining access to the app, you can request a password reset link by selecting ‘Log in with email’ from the login screen, and tapping ‘Forgotten password?’.

Please make sure you’re using the email address you used to sign up.  If you have previously deleted your Moneybox account, please contact us via the details below via the email address your account was registered to, and our team can reopen your account.

Note that if you’re trying to log into your account on a new device, we also require you to verify this log in. To do this, you’ll be sent a link to your registered email address. If you’re not receiving password reset or verification emails, or you’re still having trouble logging in, feel free to contact our Support Team at support@moneyboxapp.com who will help out!
