If there’s something you’d like to make us aware of, including any financial worries, life events like losing your job, or physical and mental health conditions, you can let our Support Team know via the in-app chat in Settings > Help > Chat to us, or by emailing

We can record this information so that we can do our best to provide you with the right level of support going forward, and only a small number of employees will be able to see the information recorded.
