What if I can’t see my provider on the list?
We’ve collected together a list of main providers, but that doesn’t mean it’s exhaustive! If you don’t see your provider, drop the team a message through the in-app chat by heading to Settings and tapping the ‘?’ in the top right.
If you have any policy documents you’re happy to share with us that would be very helpful too – it’s worth noting that some providers don’t appear on our list because they only provide defined benefit schemes which we aren’t able to accept as you would lose any safeguarded benefits on transfer.
