I want to change my password and/or PIN
You can change your password and PIN in the app in Settings > Security.
If you don’t know your password or cannot gain access to the app, you can request a reset link by selecting ‘Log in with email’ from the login screen, and tapping ‘Forgotten password?’
The reset link will be sent to the email address that you used to sign up. Marking our emails as ‘not spam’ ensures that our service emails aren’t sent to your junk/spam folders.
If you have previously held a Moneybox account which was later deleted, please contact us at support@moneyboxapp.com using the email address your account was registered to and our Support team can reopen your account.
