How do I transfer my Moneybox Lifetime ISA to another Lifetime ISA provider?
You’ll need to contact your new LISA provider to get the transfer process started – they will send you the relevant documentation and process to follow.
All transfers are performed digitally and we are no longer processing posted transfer forms – to make sure your transfer reaches us, please request your new LISA provider send their paperwork to email@example.com.
Please note that if you are transferring out a Cash LISA to another provider, it isn’t currently possible to transfer back to Moneybox once the transfer out is complete.
For a Stocks & Shares LISA there are two types of transfer: cash and in-specie. A cash transfer sells down your existing shares and sends over the balance in cash. An ‘in-specie’ transfer means your specific holdings in each tracker fund are transferred across to the new provider. There is no charge for a cash transfer, while an in-specie transfer costs £25 per tracker fund.
