Confirming your details

I’ve uploaded my ID and been asked for further information

If you’ve been asked for further information after uploading a photo of your ID, this just means we need a little more information from you in order to complete our identity checks and get your account set up.

A member of the team will be in touch via email within the next few working days to help out – we may request to see a new photo of a valid piece of ID (i.e. driving licence, passport or national ID card) to confirm your identity. When taking this photo, please ensure that all four corners of the document are clearly visible, and there’s no glare if possible. Please note we’re also not able to accept scans of ID documents.

Once these checks are complete, you’ll be able to continue registering as normal. Personal data supplied will be handled in line with our Privacy Notice.
