I have an old pension, but I don’t know who my provider is. Can I enter?
If you’re an existing Moneybox customer, you can use our provider search service, and our Pension Detectives will try to track down your old provider for you.
To access this, start a new transfer then tap Don’t know your provider? Get help > on the screen where you select your pension provider.
If you’re a new Moneybox customer and opening a Personal Pension, contact us via the in-app chat for help locating your provider.
Please note that while we do our best to locate your provider for you, we’re not able to guarantee results in every case. If we successfully find your provider, you will still need to ensure your transfer meets the entry eligibility criteria to qualify for entry into the prize draw.
