How will I know if my transfer qualifies for entry into the prize draw?
Your transfer will usually complete a few days after your existing provider notifies us that payment of funds is in progress. At this stage, we will send you an email confirming that your transfer has been successful and that your transfer qualifies you for entry into the prize draw where this also applies.
In some cases, your provider will confirm that payment of funds is in progress before 23:59 on 18 September 2020, but your transfer will not complete until after this date. If this applies to you, we will email you no later than 22 September 2020 to confirm that your transfer qualifies you for entry into the prize draw if it has met the eligibility requirements, which may be before your transfer has completed.
