Moneybox Pension - How it works

How much can I contribute to my pension?

We currently allow you to contribute up to £60,000 per year into your Moneybox Pension. However, you should be aware that there are limits to the level of contributions that attract tax relief. You can benefit from tax relief on up to 100% of your earnings each year on contributions across all your pension schemes, provided you don’t exceed the annual allowance (£60,000).

For those earning less than £3,600, you can still contribute £2,880 to your pension, totalling £3,600 with tax relief applied.

Contributions include everything you pay into your pension, your employer’s contributions and any tax relief top-ups from the government.

Refer to our article “What is pension tax relief” for more detail on the different limits that can apply.

It's important you know

All investing should be regarded as longer term. The value of your investments can go up and down, and you may get back less than you invest.
