Confirming your details

How do I upload my ID and what can I upload?

Please take a photo of either your passport, driving license, or National Identity card. Your ID needs to be valid (i.e. not expired), show your own details, and the photo needs to clearly display the whole document with no glare. If uploading a National Identity card, please make sure you provide a photo of the front and back on the ID, so your name, date of birth, and the expiry date of the ID are all visible.

If you don’t have any of the forms of ID listed above, we can also accept a photo of your birth certificate and recent proof of address via sent email to support@moneyboxapp.com.

Once we’ve received your ID, in most cases we’re then able to verify your details quickly so you can proceed with registration straight away! If there are any issues with the ID provided, a member of the team will be in touch with the next steps within the next few working days to help you get set up.

Personal data supplied will be handled in line with our Privacy Notice
