How can I manage my Moneybox account on the website?
All Moneybox customers can use the Moneybox website to view their account balance and any recent transactions, and generate statements.
You can also change the email address, mobile number, and password associated with your account, and request to change the bank account you have linked to Moneybox for payments and withdrawals.
If you either have a Cash ISA, Open Access Cash ISA, or a Simple Saver, you’ll also have the option to:
- View your sort code and account number to send money via manual bank transfer
- Start a transfer of an existing ISA held elsewhere to Moneybox
- Withdraw from your account
If you first signed up to Moneybox via our mobile app, for security reasons, we’ll send you a verification email the first time you log into the website. You’ll just need to click the link in the email to finish logging in.
