How do I transfer my Moneybox ISA to another ISA manager?

You’ll need to contact your new ISA provider to get the transfer process started – they will send you the relevant documentation and process to follow. Please request your new ISA provider send their paperwork to transfers@moneyboxapp.com  – we are unable to accept paper transfers. There are two types of transfer: cash and in-specie. A cash transfer sells down your existing shares and sends over the balance in cash. An ‘in-specie’ transfer means your specific holdings in each tracker fund are transferred across to the new provider. There is no charge for a cash transfer, while an in-specie transfer costs £25 per tracker fund.
