How do I report unauthorised access to my account?

If you believe that someone has accessed your account without your permission, please contact our Support Team at support@moneyboxapp.com, or give us a call on 0330 808 1866 as soon as possible, and the team will assist you. 

The Direct Debit you set up with Moneybox only allows you to move money from your personal bank account to your Moneybox account and vice versa. If you’d like to stop further payments into your Moneybox account, you should be able to cancel your Direct Debit with your bank.
