Can I use a joint bank account to pay in?

Yes, you can link a joint bank account to your Moneybox account.

To set this up, please note that your joint bank account’s address must be the same as the address registered to your Moneybox account.

We’ll typically need to carry out some extra verification checks to meet our compliance requirements before you can start paying in from a joint account, and occasionally we require some additional details. If this happens, a member of our team will be in touch to let you know exactly what we need.
