Can I cancel my pension transfer?
To cancel a personal pension transfer, please get in touch with the team in Settings > Help > Contact us, or at email@example.com. They’ll get in touch with your existing provider to cancel the transfer.
Once the pension transfer is complete and the money received, you’ll receive a cancellation notice. This allows you to cancel the pension transfer within 30 days. Please note that whilst we can action this, there is no guarantee your old provider will take the pension back and you may need to transfer somewhere else.
