Can I cancel my pension transfer?

To cancel a personal pension transfer, please get in touch with the team through the in-app chat by heading to Settings and tapping the ‘?’ in the top right , or at pensions@moneyboxapp.com. They’ll get in touch with your existing provider to cancel the transfer.

If your pension transfer is complete and we’ve already received the money, you have 30 days from the transfer closing to cancel this transfer. When the transfer closed you would have received an email with a cancellation notice attached. You’ll need to get this completed before we can proceed.  Please note that whilst we can forward this request on, there is no guarantee your old provider will take the pension back and you may need to transfer somewhere else.
