Can I cancel my Cash ISA at any time?

Our Cash ISA can be cancelled within 30 days of your first contribution. Cancelling your Cash ISA means any contributions you made are reversed and don’t count towards your £20,000 annual ISA allowance.

To cancel, just get in touch with the Support team by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com – we’ll just need to confirm your details with you before actioning the cancellation. Please note that it is currently not possible to re-open accounts which have been cancelled.

You can also withdraw from your Cash ISA at any time by clicking ‘View account’, then ‘Withdraw’.
