A message to our community

During this unfamiliar time, we are all making changes to our daily lives with many of us now working from home or self-isolating.

We wanted to let you know that the Moneybox service will continue to operate as normal. 

While the team is adhering to official guidelines of working from home and practising social distancing, as a digital company we remain online. Our Customer Support team is still available seven days a week 9:00am – 5:30pm and our product and app release roadmap is unchanged.

We want to continue to provide you with relevant content to keep your saving and investing goals on track. Please let us know if there’s anything you’d like us to share and discuss with you, our community, during this time. 

 

UPDATE – 20/03

Many ISA and Pension providers still insist on using paper forms to process transfers, which are sent to our office. Remote working will have an impact on our ability to receive and process these forms including: ISA and Lifetime ISA transfers, Pension transfers (in a small number of cases) and Cancellations.

From today onwards, we will therefore not be able to accept any new paper notifications until further notice. Please make sure all of your correspondence with our team is digital, including cancellations, any transfer-out requests etc. 

We’ll continue to push these providers to allow transfers to be entirely digital, so that we can resume our transfer service as soon as possible.

As always, our customer service team will be available as normal via the in-app chat to answer any questions you may have.
